Many of the items we offer can be ordered online and delivered nationwide.  All deliveries are undertaken either by ourselves or by trusted UK couriers.

If you are based within the Yorkshire/Lancashire area, larger items will be delivered by our friendly team who will assemble the products, place them in situ within your property and remove any packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer nationwide delivery on larger items due to size and weight restrictions with UK couriers, which is why not every product is available to purchase on our website.  If you are interested in any products that cannot be ordered online please contact us, we approach each enquiry on a case by case basis so depending on what you want to order and your location we may still be able to help.

What if I've changed my mind?

It's ok, we understand that people do change their mind from time to time.  If you've decided that you want to return your order please contact us within 28 days of the delivery to let us know.  You will then be able to return the item to us* for exchange or a credit note, providing that it is returned in a re-salable condition with the original packaging intact and a copy of your sales receipt.  If the item is not in a re-salable condition or the packaging is missing or damaged you may be required to pay a restocking fee.  

Please note that this does not apply to custom orders, which cannot be returned.

The item I ordered is faulty or damaged

If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival you are entitled to either a replacement, a credit note or a full refund at no expense to yourself, providing that the issue is reported to us within 30 days of the delivery date.  If the issue is reported outside of the initial 30 days you will be entitled to either a repair, a replacement or a credit note at the stores discretion.
