Terms of Business

We operate on a commission basis, only receiving payment when you complete on the sale of your property. The commission can be either a fixed fee or a percentage of the selling price. Both options can be discussed at the valuation appointment. Once the fee is agreed, it is fully inclusive of all our marketing costs (although some extras such as national advertising will not be included.

Generally we do not tie clients into restrictive contracts, be we do require a notice period should you wish to remove your property from the market.
